Position Description:

Primary Responsibilities :

• Be an open learner, and take the best of what you can offer along with the best Flowserve can offer you
• Challenge yourself to drive change and deliver outcomes through your everyday work
• Collaborate with other teams so that all are successful to meet our customers’ needs
• Learn and apply knowledge of the flow control industry, products, competitors, and operations to advance business goals
• Implement Lean principles to improve efficiency and productivity, driving out wasteful steps or process gaps that cost time and money
• Immerse yourself in our Target Zero programs because when it comes to accidents, defects, delays, emissions, and waste, zero truly is the goal for our Flowserve operations
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in your areas of discipline or relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work at our facility located in Kingman, AZ
• Travel when required by the role
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing communication skills
• Strong time management ability
• Demonstrated analytical and/or problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, effective collaborator, and team player
