Job Description
- Role Summary: Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. This includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments.
- Responsibilities: Operate basic equipment and machines, carry out routine tasks, follow established processes, maintain and repair equipment, follow mandatory work instructions, ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct, interpret and use precision measuring equipment/instruments, read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances, exchange information with people by having courteous interactions, and work with guidance to plan, organize, and prioritize activities.
