Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Engineer to join our team at Flowserve. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of our pumps and seals. This is a challenging position that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work closely with Flowserve's sales engineers, reliability engineers, customer service, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Troubleshoot technical problems at customer sites and in-house at our Flowserve Quick Response Repair Center.
- Develop and implement plans to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Present technical information to customers, tailoring content and style to the audience.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and equipment performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree required.
- All levels of experience will be considered, including new graduates and mid-career professionals.
- In-plant operations experience highly desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
