We are a headhunting firm seeking an experienced Recruiter within the engineering sector to join our team. As a Recruiter at Flowtec Group, you will be responsible for finding the right talent for our external clients. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, but you will also collaborate with our business development team to ensure that we can fill our clients' positions as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for our clients' positions in engineering .
- Screen and interview potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

- Work closely with our Business Managers to understand our clients' needs and fill their positions quickly and effectively.
