Client Overview :
With over 50 years’ operating in the Illinois Heavy Civil Construction space, our client experienced their best year in 2024 (both revenue & project starts) and are looking to continue this growth in 2025. This Heavy Civil PM will play a significant role in their strategy by leading multiple projects in the Central IL area for both private and public clients.

Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field / equivalent experience
- Heavy Civil background with minimum of 6 years managing construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management
- Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software
- OSHA 10, OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to run multiple projects at a time ranging from $2M-$40M
- ISTHA or IDOT experience preferred
- Excavation, bridge, pavement, asphalt experience preferred

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
