My client is a reputable General Contractor located in Downtown Chicago, with national reach as they continue to grow. In 2024, they did roughly $600M in revenue across the company, with the Chicago market making up $100M of that. The specialize in commercial office interiors, life science and healthcare projects. As they continue to grow with a strong project backlog in 2025, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and directing the project team by providing the communication, coordination and follow-up necessary to meet project goals and objectives.
- Maintains ongoing training and mentoring of project team.
- Directly responsible to senior management.
- Provides ongoing project information and project reviews as required by management.
- Coordinates training and compliance measures to ensure project procedures are followed.
- Ensures scope of work, schedule and budget are clearly defined and understood by senior management and all project participants, including the client.
- Determines controls and maintains overall project and discipline schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
- Proficiency in Procore or equivalent project management software
- 5 years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
