Floyd Bell Inc, an electronics manufacturing company with a 50-year history in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an Accounting/Office Assistant. Floyd Bell manufactures piezoelectric audible products, panel-mount indicator, lighted alarms, voice-capable speaker products and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Accounting Manager with day-to-day duties
- Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Assist with payroll and expense reports
- Conduct credit checks and communicate with customers
- Assist with various other office duties, including:
- taking & receiving calls,
- occasional customer assistance,
- sending and receiving mail and
- office management roles
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with computers, Windows Operating System, Outlook
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
