Main Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, including walkways, entrances, and parking lots.
- Cleaning and disinfecting drinking fountains, sinks, toilets, showers, and urinals.
- Reporting safety concerns and recommending maintenance repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
