What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator position at Floyd Family Orthodontics?
Floyd Family Orthodontics, a modern practice with four locations in Happy Valley, Molalla, Gresham, and Oregon City, Oregon, is in the process of hiring a front office, scheduling coordinator team member to work 2 days per week in each of our Molalla and Happy Valley offices in the greater Portland area for a total of 4 days per week. The ideal candidate must have experience in excellent customer service. No orthodontics specific experience is required, as we are willing to teach, but dental office experience is required. We are seeking someone who is looking for their long term, professional home. The ideal candidate should be well rounded and have a desire to form relationships with our patients, fellow staff, and the community. Beyond excellent orthodontic care, relationship building is our primary focus and is extremely important to us. Therefore, it must be of primary importance for our new team member as well!
