Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical services within the scope of practice, adhering to state laws and agency policies.
- Ensures patient needs are assessed, and care rendered is individualized, reasonable, and in accordance with physician orders.
- Coordinates referrals, clinician assignments, patient benefits, and ongoing insurance approvals.
- Reviews assessments and plans of care daily, consulting clinicians as needed.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transportation.
