Specialty: CRNA or AA Board Certification: BC License: WI Willing to License: Yes - prefer WI license Start Date: 3/15/2025 and another Provider needed for Maternity Leave coverage starting 6/10/2025 Realistic timeframe for Creds: 60-90 Days Contract length: Ongoing, 6 months to start with opportunity to continue extending, the Maternity coverage will go until about 8/10/2025 Schedule: Would like to have someone who is willing to work full time for the duration of the need, 10 or 12hr shifts, working until 7 or 8pm Call: No Setting: - Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS Pay Rate: $225/hr Travel (Billable/All Inclusive): Billable Additional Details: Procedures: 70% ortho both sports medicine and joint replacement - general surgery, OBGYN, Urology, Neurology, OB, Thoracic and vascular, no cardiac Procedures/ day to day: Average 60 Patient Census: - Patient Mix: Population is mostly adult- with healthy peds mixed in Support Staff: Anesthesia techs from 5:30 am to 7 pm Supervision Model: It is medical supervision, 4 anesthetists to 1 MD. The MDs do all of the pre and post-op as well as any regional work. EMR: Epic Submission Requirements: CV, Provider Profile, License Verification Case Logs Needed: - References needed: - Feedback turnaround time: Feedback on if they want to phone interview within a couple days and can get interview scheduled within a week For Shift Work-How far out does the facility schedule?
