Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has opened a retail pharmacy and we’re currently hiring for a part-time Certified Pharmacy Technician in our Retail Pharmacy. This position will be primarily days with evenings and weekends involvement.

Certified Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:
- The Pharmacy Technician is responsible to assist in drug preparation, drug distribution, drug inventory, and required record keeping under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
- 20 hours a week with 5 hour shifts, days, evenings, and weekends.
- Rotating shifts between 8 am-7 pm during weekdays and every 3rd weekend (Saturday 8 am-12 pm and Sunday 1 pm-5 pm)
Certified Pharmacy Technician Requirements:
- High School graduate. Background in health care is desirable. Willingness to complete Pharmacy Technician Training and Certification is desirable.
- BLS a plus; certification is required as an employee.
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
