Job Title: Certification Details

Job Requirements:

AHA certified in BLS
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment
Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years for Ascension Color Vision
HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly with minimum 80% score
Ascension EKG Exam must be completed with a passing score of at least 80%
