FLS Transportation is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position can be based in Rome, GA, or Montreal, QC. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position will be focused on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
• Reconcile vendor statement;
• Keeping AP-related workbooks and profile up-to-date;
• Answering email and phone inquiries;
• Assist with administrative duties, including filing;
• Prepare reports and any other ad hoc duties;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Equivalent of 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable (high volume);
- DEP or DEC in Accounting (an asset);
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ACCPAC;
- Experience with ACCPAC is considered an important asset.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and organized.
