We're seeking an experienced Painter/Blaster to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring our equipment is properly maintained and ready for operation. Your expertise will also involve operating spray painting equipment, abrading metal or hard-composition objects, and examining finished surfaces to ensure conformance to specifications.

To be successful in this role, you'll need 2 years' experience in painting and blasting, preferably with various coatings, prep work, and blasting methods. Experience with multi-part epoxies is a plus, as is working knowledge of Mil thickness, finish requirements, etc. You'll also need NACE experience, knowledge of health and safety requirements, and ability to follow written or verbal instructions. Computer skills, specifically using the computer for time tracking purposes, are also required.

- Plan and organize the use of painting and blasting equipment and materials for various projects
- Operate spray painting equipment with brushes and rolls to paint surfaces
- Abrade metal or hard-composition objects to remove scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt using abrasive-blasting equipment
- Examine and measure finished surfaces to ensure conformance to specifications
