FLSmidth Inc. is seeking a Control Systems Engineer for its office in Midvale, UT to design, develop, and test Control System applications in a timely manner; lead, coordinate and provide technical support to other engineers, developers and external engineering resources. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Automation engineering, or a related engineering field, and 2 years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation, to include: 2 years’ experience working within the Mining Industry; 1 years’ experience working with Automatic Filter Presses, Vertical Tower Press, and Thickeners; 2 years’ experience working with PLC/HMI programming software including as Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff and Schneider; 2 years’ experience working with Industrial Network protocols including as Ethernet IP, Modbus, Profinet, and Profibus; and 2 years’ experience working with Electrical Panel Design and Inspection. Employee will be required to travel 40% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 1-2 weeks in duration.
