Team Overview:

At Fluency, we come together under two shared passions that drive our culture: the scaling of digital ad operations, and fostering a workplace environment rooted in open communication, inclusivity, and a growth-oriented mindset. These passions not only set us apart in the industry, but also fuel our collective drive to reshape the industry and reinvent ourselves along the way. We're not just revolutionizing the digital advertising horizon, we're shaping an organization where every member feels a sense of pride and is inspired to do their best work.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic digital marketing expert to lead and refine our integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned media channels, including search, social media, email and programmatic platforms. This role calls for a hands-on professional with deep expertise in performance marketing, paid media management, and owned media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of our branding and product marketing objectives and a proven track record of driving key business outcomes—such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and bookings—through innovative campaign execution and optimization.

What you’ll be doing:

Driving revenue through integrated campaign strategy and execution

  • Design and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels to achieve business KPIs (e.g., lead generation, deal creation, pipeline development, and bookings).
  • Collaborate with sales to create personalized, targeted campaigns for high-value accounts, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and email to engage key decision-makers.
  • Experiment and innovate: Test new growth strategies and marketing tactics to identify scalable solutions that drive results. Build a framework for effectively managing and measuring experiments.
  • Own the reporting process for paid and organic social campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Own project management of identified campaigns, distilling campaign briefs into actionable project plans and overseeing execution through our project management tool (ClickUp)

Managing our paid and owned media

  • Oversee the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, and Programmatic channels to support identified KPIs and business goals
  • Manage relationships with advertising vendors (e.g. Google, Reddit, LinkedIn and MNTN) to enhance program performance
  • Own ad copy, landing page creation, creative and A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance, collaborating with design and web teams as needed
  • Conduct ongoing campaign performance monitoring, daily optimization, and audience refinement to boost key performance metrics.
  • Plan, allocate, and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to constraints.
  • Manage content publication across owned channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
  • Optimize our social profiles and syndication strategies to boost engagement and performance metrics
  • Maintain and manage the social media editorial calendar in collaboration with the Content Manager and Demand Generation Manager

Key skills you’ll bring:

  • SaaS marketing experience, and ability to work in a highly collaborative, high-growth environment
  • Expertise in paid digital marketing: Proven success running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook) and paid search campaigns (Google) with strong results. You know how to optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tools to drive engagement with key accounts.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and data-driven insights: You’re skilled at leveraging tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to execute campaigns, track performance, and report on success. You have a strong analytical mindset and are quick to learn new tools when needed.

What we look for:

  • 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media or campaign management.
  • Expertise in Google and Meta ads, proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads and programmatic channels
  • 3 years using HubSpot for campaign orchestration
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in leveraging tools such as GA4, Excel and Hubspot to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
  • A track record of conducting structured experiments to improve campaign results (A/B testing, multivariate testing)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. You excel at collaborating with diverse teams, managing priorities, and paying attention to detail.
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies and apply them to your work - including Fluency’s proprietary system
  • Passion for helping fellow digital marketers discover the power of automation and AI within the ad operations space.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media strategy and audience engagement.
  • Excellence in short-form copywriting (ad copy, social posts, landing page copy)
  • Experience with content management systems and email marketing tools.
  • Experience using project management systems to manage workstreams (ClickUp)
