Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and create detailed reports to highlight each child’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop individualized, meaningful goals based on careful documentation and data.
- Collaborate with families to provide strategies that support communication development at home.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture within the clinic and with families.
- Shows empathy and understands the challenges families face.
- Communicates effectively and enjoys being part of a team.
- Takes initiative and approaches problem-solving creatively.
- Is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.

- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
