Position Overview:This full-time role (36-40 hours per week) is perfect for an SLP who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. With flexible scheduling and competitive pay, you’ll also be compensated for non-treatment time like late cancellations, report writing, and meetings. We also offer part-time and per diem options if that better fits your needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and create detailed reports to highlight each child’s strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop individualized, meaningful goals based on careful documentation and data.
  • Collaborate with families to provide strategies that support communication development at home.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture within the clinic and with families.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
