The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and community engagement activities within the assigned territory of the medical and adult use cannabis market. This is an exciting fast paced Sales opportunity for the right self-starter who is able to build customer relationships, sell in a fact-based manner, is data and category driven, and has the ability to engage and influence the community in the cannabis industry. This role will report to the Wholesale Manager.
Responsibilities
This position will have the ability for some remote work from home, onsite in the FLUENT dispensaries and wholesale dispensary sites.
Travel
80 percent - 90 percent

Objective
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales and community engagement activities within the assigned territory of the medical and adult use cannabis market. Responsibilities
- Account management of an assigned territory including identifying leads, educating prospects/customers on products, setting up new customer accounts and growing existing customer accounts
- Distribution of product menus and product samples
- Receive and process customer orders, troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues
- Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales reports to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update customers on products or services, including travel to dispensaries to present product portfolios to managers and buyers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in wholesale management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of the wholesale industry, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements and/or have reliable transportation
