We are actively looking to hire a full-time door to door sales manager. Our managers are responsible for selling, training, and growing a team of sales reps. It is required that you have previous door to door sales experience in either alarms, solar, or pest control. Our sales Managers have the ability to make as much as their team produces. This is a job with uncapped commissions! Our sales Managers also get to participate in a revenue share program that pays them a percentage of revenue their team generates. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to maximize market penetration.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Market Analysis: Research and identify new market opportunities and customer trends to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management, detailing team performance and market insights.
- Budget Management: Oversee sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Motivation and Morale: Foster a positive team environment, motivating staff through recognition and incentives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales and the Sales Support Team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Experience:
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 3 years of door-to-door sales (Required)
Compensation:
- Personal Sales Commission
- Team overrides/bonuses
- Several paid retreats if goals are met
Annual Earning: $90,000 - $150,000
