ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for the optimization of our online presence to increase sales, expand existing customer base, find new audiences, and direct more traffic to FLUENT dispensaries through the management of our Digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Email Marketing & Subscriber Management
- Build and deploy targeted email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, and automated lifecycle messaging.
- Manage email audience segmentation to ensure personalized and relevant communications to various customer segments.
- Develop and maintain subscriber workflows, including onboarding, re-engagement, and loyalty-based messaging.
- Monitor email deliverability, engagement metrics, and A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.
- E-Commerce & Website Management
- Oversee FLUENT’s e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings, promotions, and a seamless online shopping experience.
- Manage website functionality, troubleshoot errors, and collaborate with developers or vendors to ensure optimal performance across all devices.
- Monitor online transactions, ensuring a smooth checkout process and resolving any technical issues affecting customer purchases.
- Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and other online channels to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Ensure all digital promotions, including discounts and product features, are correctly displayed and functioning properly across platforms.
- Monitor and assess the performance of digital campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to assess industry trends, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
- Provide insights on competitor digital marketing initiatives, reporting key findings to the marketing team.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, including email performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Generate weekly reports for the Associate Marketing Director, highlighting trends, successes, and opportunities for growth
QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field experience required
- Experience with online content marketing, web development, and social media development strategies.
- 3 years relevant work experience in marketing.
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategies.
- Exhibit initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
SKILLS
- Teamwork - collaborating with others to improve overall standards of work and service.
- Proficient in Web development, SEO, Graphic Design, Microsoft programs such as: Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Outlook
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to translate marketing initiatives and performance to revenue and business impact easily in order to understand relative impact and prioritize accordingly.
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or quantitiative degree field.
- 1 years experience in developing and managing an Ecommerce or ESP environment a marketing department
- Experience can be considered in-lieu of a degree.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
- Must pass a drug screening

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
