At Etain, we strive to deliver the highest quality cannabis products to our customers. As a Cannabis Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our cultivation operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly cultivation quality activities, ensuring that all personnel and processes adhere to our production plans and procedures.
- You will analyze and develop quality process improvements for cultivation areas, execute quality and compliance goals within cultivation, and ensure quality control, safety, and compliance of all cultivation activities and personnel.
- You will also monitor seed to sale system to ensure compliance obligations are met, review departments raw materials and inputs ensuring quality and compliance standards are met, and document incident reports and execute CAPA plans and investigations.
- In addition, you will ensure proper training, development, and mentorship of employees when needed, verify sanitation practices and overall sanitary conditions within the cultivation department, and have technical expertise on certain pieces of equipment and ability to troubleshoot and disassemble hardware.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- Experience working in Cannabis and/or highly regulated industries
- Certified Quality Inspector Certification or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
