FLUENT is seeking an Operations Quality Control Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly cultivation quality activities, and ensuring that all personnel and processes adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS). Your expertise in food safety, HACCP planning, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our production plans and procedures. You will work closely with the Cultivation Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to ensure that our cultivation department operates in a safe and compliant manner.
