This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various systems.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications.
- Troubleshoot vulcanizing systems to ensure efficient operation and comfort within the facility.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess system performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Fabricate components as needed to support repairs or upgrades to existing systems.
- Conduct service tasks, responding to maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Weld components as required for specific repair tasks or projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLC and electronics principles and practices.
- Experience using voltmeters and other precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components for various applications.
- Familiarity with welding techniques for metal repairs or fabrications.
