We provide “hydration for the human race” by building cutting-edge Active Hydration systems for active people doing active things.

Born in Motorsports & Powersports, our products are now relied on by winning NASCAR, IndyCar, Trophy Truck, and other professional racing teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Videographer & Content Creator to elevate the digital presence of our new consumer electronic product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of videography, storytelling, and content creation for action and lifestyle sports. As a key contributor, you’ll develop visually engaging video content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, providing our social media teams with compelling assets to share. Your work will build brand awareness, connect with our target audience, and drive excitement for our product.

What You Own :

  • Videography and Video Editing
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s vision and appeals to action and lifestyle sports audiences.
  • Create platform-specific video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, tailored for maximum engagement.
  • Edit event footage, product demos, and live-action shots into dynamic and shareable assets for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation for Social Media
  • Develop a library of visually captivating content (video and photo) for social media teams to post across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Ensure all content aligns with platform trends, leveraging emerging features like TikTok effects or Instagram transitions.
  • Craft compelling visual narratives that showcase our brand values, product features, and community stories.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with overarching brand messaging.
  • Event Coverage
  • Attend events, races, and product launches to capture live-action footage, creating real-time content and promotional materials for our platforms.
  • Edit event highlights into engaging short-form videos and reels for immediate use.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships
  • Work with athletes, influencers, and community partners to co-create unique video content that amplifies brand reach.
  • Coordinate with social media managers to provide optimized assets for scheduled campaigns.
  • Trend Analysis and Innovation
  • Stay ahead of trends in videography, video editing, and platform-specific content to ensure content resonates with target audiences.
  • Experiment with new video formats, transitions, and creative editing styles to keep the brand’s content fresh.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor video performance metrics (engagement, watch time, shares) and refine strategies based on insights.

What You Bring :

  • Education : Associates or Bachelors Degree in : Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Film / Video Production or relative years of experience.
  • Proactive : A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience : Proven track record in creating content for action sports, lifestyle brands, or a related industry.
  • Skills : Proficient in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva), and photography.
  • Passion : A genuine enthusiasm for action and lifestyle sports and a deep understanding of the culture and community.
  • Creativity : Strong ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life.
  • Digital Savvy : Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for each platform.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work weekends / evenings for event coverage when needed.
