Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at our S.R. Smith facility in Arlington, Washington. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of our facility, including general cleaning, inspections, and waste management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing regular cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards and report any issues to management.
- Process and dispose of waste materials, including scrap FRP and chemicals.
- Dust and maintain equipment, including horizontal surfaces and filters.
- Restock and maintain supply rooms and storage areas.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a janitor or operations role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- High school diploma required.
