POSITION

The Global Service will have operational and expense responsibility for gross $130M revenue business and lead a regional team of around 400 employees, including managing operations activities for laboratories globally Fluke Multivendor service in specific regions.

This role will report directly to the Vice President – Global Operations and FBS for Fluke. This role will develop relationships with stakeholders and formulate a long-term strategy to best position the services business for success globally. This role will be responsible for the management of global service operations, including managing the customer service delivery, customer satisfaction, business development & people/talent management. Success will depend on the ability of the leader to develop, plan, and execute thoughtful business strategies to achieve growth in revenues while upholding a strong commitment to talent and building organizational capability. Strong knowledge of transforming a traditional calibration and repair services business into a modernized lifecycle services business is essential to this role. The individual must be a hands-on leader willing to roll up their sleeves to drive a fully integrated operational and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration of multiple service orgs including, AFL, FPL, PHL, Berlin, FNET Gold, and SSO Fluke.
  • Development and execution of a long-term production-service alignment which support the needs of our customers and optimizes capital investment, subject matter expertise, and TAT.
  • Globalize technical, materials, and operational methodologies to realize synergies.
  • Align leveling and positions to Fluke standards.
  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for the region, turning clear strategic insights into aligned actions with a focus on prioritization, execution and people leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day operational and financial decisions and direction. Develop and refine local policies and procedures to establish, implement and maintain quality service standards, assuring to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and establish Authorized Service Providers in the region to improve local service support to customers and partners.
  • Build on a strong working culture, with an emphasis on establishing the infrastructure for future scale and accelerating customer expansion.
  • Be a magnet for great talent and build a world class services team to support growth.
  • Create alignment and build consensus with the cross functional teams.
  • Comply with company’s policy and rules on business ethics.

Ideal Experience

Operational Orientation

Ability to drive consistency and excellence throughout multi-site operations on a global scale. Proven experience implementing and driving continuous improvement within an operational environment. Experience leading both technical, materials, and production teams with sorting priorities to the critical few to drive positive outcomes.

FBS

Experience leading in an FBS environment utilizing PD, kaizen, and champion development.

People Leadership

Proven track record of attracting, deploying and developing talents; manages performance aggressively by setting a culture of accountability; unifies team around decisions when consensus is not possible.

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 179900 - 334100
