Primary Purpose
Salesforce (CRM) Consultant to expand our Salesforce Team, will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our internal clients. Working closely with clients (sales and marketing colleagues) to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into Salesforce solutions. In addition, ongoing support will be provided to internal clients to ensure the continued success of their Salesforce implementation, which will finally be handed over to the Salesforce Admins.
Key roles and responsibilities include :
- Work with users to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our users and are following Salesforce good practice.
- Provide ongoing support to users to ensure the continued success of CRM usage.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations to clients as appropriate.
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of Salesforce projects.
- Communicate effectively with users and team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions to business problems.
- Develop and maintain business requirements and functional specifications for Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with users and team members to develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide architectural guidance and support to Salesforce projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and data models.
