Job Title : Senior Application Developer - Web
Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Application Developer for Web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development using PHP, Core Java, JSP / Servlets. Potentially ongoing need for developers to build web applications using backend database functionality. A basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines, code repositories like Git / Flex deploy and experience in writing unit tests is essential.
Proficient with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP / Servlets, Core Java, Perl and any other necessary technologies.
Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face.
The right candidate has great communication and leadership skills, is extremely self-motivated, and can quickly learn our proprietary code base.

Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop new features all the way from idea to implementation.
Work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in existing tools and support any technology upgrades.
Take ownership of existing features and complete tasks using strong organization skills and with attention to detail.
Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
QA and peer review other developer’s code.
Build out and maintain API integrations.
Write thorough documentation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field with 8 years’ experience.
Proficient with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP / Servlets, Core Java, Perl and any other necessary technologies.
Proven experience in developing web applications and integrating with Oracle ERP technologies.
Basic knowledge of Oracle with query writing using SQL and PL / SQL as an asset.
Having knowledge on Oracle ERP application and integration with supply chain modules is a plus.
Strong desire to learn Oracle APEX.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Flex Deploy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS.
