This position provides planning, development, coordination, and management oversight / supervision over daily operational activities for a large Office Services functional area or for multiple, more complex functional areas. May be assigned this responsibility for a single, large office location or group of smaller offices. On a regional basis, may function as a Subject Matter Expert for a specific Office Services functional area. • Responsible for leadership, daily supervision, planning, and scheduling of activities / operations within assigned Office Services functional area(s) • Work with office management to develop, monitor, and control capital plans and operational budgets for assigned function(s) • Support and make recommendations to the strategic direction of the operations • Support the coordination, development and processing of Action Authorizations (AA’s) associated with assigned functions • Communicate future facility management and office services needs to upper management • Assist in the identification of outside vendors / contractors, contract scope development, contract negotiations, and analysis of cost estimates • Other duties as assigned• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• Suitable and sufficient knowledge and experience together with demonstrable competence across a substantial range of management criteria preferred • Two (2) years post-qualification experience in a primary Office Services related discipline/activity, one (1) year in a secondary Office Services related discipline/activity, and one (1) year in an Office Services related senior specialist roleLead individual for the support operations of our Aiken Office in the Centennial complex. Responsibilities will include special projects related to office support, coordination with security, information technology, onboarding team and other support functions to maintain an efficiently running office location. Coordination of supply cabinets, ordering of supplies, coordination with purchasing team for vendor support for maintenance, front desk administration, mail distribution, conference room coordination, and other business office support functions. Individual should have excellent communication skills, friendly personality, able to work with various levels of employees and visitors. Individual shall be knowledgeable of office safety requirements and able to read and understand company policies and procedures. • Proof of US citizenship is required
