Are you an experienced Project Controls Manaher with a proven track record in Joint Ventures or Programs of Works? Do you excel in all phases of project delivery, from SPS to Execution? •Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrate your exceptional leadership skills by managing diverse teams and ensuring seamless project controls in a fast-paced environment.
•Hands-On Project Delivery: Show us how you've successfully triaged and prioritized events and activities to achieve project delivery success.
•Training & Development: Lead and train multidisciplinary teams in a constantly evolving environment, monitoring and trending results to provide insightful analysis to Project Managers and Executives.
•Comprehensive Project Oversight: Take full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of projects, including cost management, planning, estimating, and budget alignment. Excel in forecasting and trending hours and capital/supply packages.
•Change Management Expertise: Utilize your detailed knowledge of change management to drive project success and adaptability.
•Proven Experience: Extensive experience in Joint Ventures or Programs of Works, covering all phases of project delivery.
•Leadership Excellence: A track record of exceptional leadership, managing teams, and delivering project controls in dynamic environments.
•Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor, trend, and analyze project data, providing valuable insights to senior management.
•Hands-On Approach: Demonstrated ability to triage and prioritize tasks effectively for successful project outcomes.
•Training & Mentorship: Experience in leading and training multidisciplinary teams.
•Change Management: In-depth knowledge and application of change management principles.Application Process
