What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Monitor - Part Time (TS/SCI w Polygraph Clearance Required) position at Fluor Corp?
Under direct supervision, this position assists senior staff members as required in producing elements necessary for completing security assignments.
• Implement security policies and procedures
• Provide effective access controls and physical security as required
• Provide security support for office and/or project work environment
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Other duties as assigned
Salary Rate: $26.04/hour Fringe Rate of $4.98/hour

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• Local Candidates Preferred• Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Able to effectively communicate with staff and management
• Must be able to work a non standard work week, and be flexible on hours and days worked
