- Defining Interfaces: Identifying and defining points of interaction between different components of the scope, in all phases of execution.
- Coordination and Communication: Ensuring clear communication and coordination between relevant systems, disciplines, or stakeholders.
- Resolution of Conflicts: Resolving conflicts arising from overlapping work or misalignments between different scopes of the project.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed records of how physical and soft interfaces are identified, managed, and closed.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying and managing risks associated with interfaces to mitigate or prevent delays and cost overruns.
Requirements
- Accredited degree or global equivalent in an engineering field, along with significant experience and professional certifications or registrations as required.
- Ability to translate strategy into effective action, leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive results.
