Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Accredited four-year degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
- Seven years of work-related experience or a combination of education and experience equal to eleven years if non-degreed
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Typically degreed, preferably in engineering or business with minimum seven years O&M Home office or Site experience and five years experience managing small to medium somewhat complex Operations & Maintenance (O&M) sites or projects
- Experience in an operating commercial plant
