As a Senior Project Director, you will oversee the performance of all field construction activities for assigned projects. This includes ensuring that all requirements are met, performing on-site management and supervision, and executing field construction activities in accordance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR) and Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP)
- Performing on-site management, supervision, and coordination of all self-performed and subcontracted work
- Executing field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards
- Controlling project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources
