Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Raw Materials Inspection: Inspect raw materials, components, and parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Machinery Verification: Verify that machinery, valve assemblies, and related parts comply with purchase order specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
- Inspection Documentation: Document inspection findings, test results, non-conformities, and deviations, ensuring traceability through serial and lot numbers.
- Test Conducting: Conduct tests and measurements on finished products using calibrated equipment to assess quality, functionality, and performance.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and submit inspection reports on time.
About Our Ideal Candidate
- You have a technical degree or certification in quality control, manufacturing, or engineering, preferably with 2-5 years of experience in quality inspection.
- You possess strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and inspection techniques.
- You are proficient in using measuring instruments and have excellent analytical skills for identifying defects and deviations.
- You are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with suppliers, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
- You have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- You are familiar with ISO 9001, ASME, ANSI, and other relevant industry standards.
