Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lash Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lash artistry, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming experience for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume extensions (mega volume is a plus).
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards in accordance with state and industry guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest lash trends, techniques, and products.
Requirements:
- At least 2 of experience as a lash artist.
- Active Florida state required license, e.g., Cosmetology/Esthetician license
- Expertise in lash extension application and lash health maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous lash work (preferred).
