Fluvitex opened a state-of-the-art facility in Groveport, OH in 2018, and due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician who is looking for a long-term career to join our team.

Position Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays (4 hours)
- Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
- Execute machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations and defective materials, reporting any unusual situations to supervision.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
- 3 years of manufacturing experience with electronic or automation equipment repairs.
- Proficiency in using computers for daily reports, equipment maintenance records, and communications.
- Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and principles, including running conduit and wiring.
Technical Skills:
- Electrical: Wiring of 3-phase motors, VFDs, relays, programmable servo drives, photoelectric sensors, and AC/DC 24-480V systems.
- Control Systems: Familiarity with pneumatic actuators, PLCs, and servo motors.
- Other Skills: Light fabrication, creative thinking, MIG welding.
