leading the adoption of lithium-ion technology solutions. We design, manufacture, and sell advanced lithium-
ion battery packs that are disrupting the 100 year old market for lead acid batteries. Our battery packs are
used to power industrial and commercial equipment like forklifts and airport ground support equipment, as
well as new applications like solar-powered EV charging stations.
About the Role
The Controller oversees aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and
financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and
procedures. This role collaborates with multiple teams and reports to the CFO.
What you Will be Doing
- Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting,
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance.
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end close process, work with external auditor and provide information
- Oversight of SEC Reporting.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal
- Works closely Management for important financial decisions.
- Performs other related duties as necessary.

Required Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 7 or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting, public accounting, or finance manager.
- Professional certification, such as CPA, chartered global management accountant (CGMA), chartered
- Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and the Sarbanes-Oxley
- A strong work ethic
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial analysis

Salary : $131,000 - $166,000
