Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Associate to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Associate will play a vital role in supporting clinical staff and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Duties
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, including sterilization of equipment and preparation of examination rooms.
- Support patient flow by coordinating appointments, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff.
- Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care as directed by healthcare providers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for patient care.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in healthcare or clinical assistance are preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
