Job Description:
The Department of Health Services embedded IT team is looking for a Contractor to develop reports and dashboards for the Adult Correctional Health Program.
The candidate should have experience with:
· Collaborating with business users to identify reporting needs, gather data requirements, and
define key performance indicators.
· Utilizing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to prepare data from multiple
sources for reporting.
· Designing and developing user-friendly reports using various tools such as Power BI, Tableau,
or SSRS.
· Designing and developing interactive dashboards using various tools such as Power BI or
Tableau.
· Deploying reports and dashboards to designated platforms and managing access controls.
Technical Skills:
· Must be proficient in SQL, data cleaning, normalization, and data aggregation techniques.
· Must have expertise in a specific reporting tool.
· Must understand database management systems and data warehousing concepts.
Qualifications:
· Able to establish and meet deadlines.
· Able to communicate well with customers, technical staff, and management.
· Able to establish and execute software test plans.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Intelligence
Certificate:
· Experience in Health Services and Social Services is a plus.
· Experience with Electronic Health Records Systems (EHR) systems is a plus.
