What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager / Bungee Fitness Instructor position at Fly High Bungee Fitness?

Responsibilities for Assistant Manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations, daily sales, and work of instructors and lower level staff.
- Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications
- Monitor and provide feedback to managed staff to effect improvements in organizational goals
- Manage reports and personnel documents, including time clock
- Needs to be able to climb a 3 step stool easily as you will help strap clients into harnesses
- experience in sales, retention, and business growth
- ability to communicate with clients and remember clients names
- knowledgeable in social media
- Able to instruct group classes. We will teach you how to instruct bungee fitness. Certification in bungee fitness will be required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
