Fly Shack, Inc. in Gloversville, NY is looking for Fly Fishing Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We are located at 28 E Fulton St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged with attention to details.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
This position involves helping customers in our retail store as well as those ordering online or by phone.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in our retail store, and via phone and email
- Maintaining a neat and orderly storefront
- Setting up displays
- Restocking products
- Organizing and/or running events such as fly tying classes, casting clinics, etc.
- Communicating in a professional manner via email, phone, and in person
- Assisting our fulfillment team as needed to ensure we best serve our customers
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fly Fishing preferred
- General computer skills including proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
