Job Summary
The Pilot is responsible for delivering a superior air transportation experience with an unwavering commitment to safety on each flight. As the face of flyADVANCED, the Pilot provides both technically accurate and safe transportation while offering an exceptional service experience for every Owner and passenger.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and flyADVANCED's Flight Operations Manual (FOM).
- Brief Owners/passengers pre-flight, introducing them to the specific flight/trip, verifying itinerary, and providing weather updates and safety briefings.
- Maintain current knowledge of general subjects and aircraft-related information to enhance overall competency, ability, and professionalism.
- Ensure timely departures and handle flights with pets and smokers.
- Act as the final authority on aircraft operations, including compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serve as a liaison for Owners/passengers from arrival to departure at their destination.
- Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller.
Qualifications/Skills:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Age 21 or older
- Varying hours flexibility, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adjust to rapid changes and manage rest for flight duty
- Valid United States passport and international travel clearance
- Valid State driver's license and fluency in English
- Service-oriented appearance, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
