Join flyADVANCED in a pivotal role designed to enhance financial analytics and business decision-making across our operations. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely and on-site at our Delaware or Blue Bell, PA, locations (with occasional visits to ILG as needed).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards segmented by Business Unit for real-time performance insights.
- Analyze consolidated financial statements and create actionable insights tied to company objectives.
- Lead monthly leadership presentations on actual vs. plan results and coordinate quarterly P&L reviews with divisional directors.
- Drive the creation of client-facing analytics/KPI reports, providing clear, data-supported recommendations.
- Maintain a monthly rolling forecast, conduct variance analyses, and manage budgeting for key departments.
- Act as a strategic partner to enhance margin management and improve business decisions through precise analytics.
- Actively identify bottlenecks and opportunities, implementing solutions to optimize operations.
- Benchmark company performance against industry standards and deliver comparative analyses.
- Respond to ad hoc leadership requests and provide accounting support when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, analytics, consulting, or startup environments.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members, enabling high performance within the organization.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, capable of translating raw data into compelling insights.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and comfort working across both broad and detailed scopes.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial systems such as Sage Intacct, and analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI (programming skills are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
