Job Description / Responsibilities
- Promote flyADVANCEDs commitment to exemplary service and quality by the successful execution of the duties assigned.
- The Line Service Technician is to greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.
- Provide pre-arrival, arrival, and departure assistance for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO.
- Provide shuttle service for passengers / crew as required.
- Provide coffee and water service as requested.
- Fuel aircraft as requested.
- Assist passengers and / or crew with baggage / cargo as needed.
- Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer areas.
- Assist with wing-walking duties as required
- Operate radios for advisory and non-flight services.
- Comply with company policies related to customer service standards and airfield procedures including safety and security.
- Assist with customer service duties as required. Accurately process and record all credit card, check, and cash sales / purchases, which include issuing a receipt.
- Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris and snow removal from ramp, building and customer areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
