We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and manage our online store specializing in labels. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

- Oversee the overall operations of the company’s brand on TK, Amazon, and independent websites. Take full responsibility for the operations, maintenance, and promotion of the independent website. Develop comprehensive promotional goals and plans based on the company’s strategic development requirements, and be accountable for the overall results.
- Manage the sales operations of the independent website, including formulating operational strategies, strategic planning, management, promotion, traffic generation, data analysis, and performance evaluation, while being responsible for all key metrics.
- Plan the product strategy for the independent website, build a product matrix, and achieve operational goals. Conduct market analysis, product selection, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management for the platform, while being accountable for inventory development, sell-through rates, sales revenue, and profit margins.
- Manage advertising on Google, social media, and other ad platforms. Track ad performance in real time, analyzes data independently, and continuously optimize and improve content. Plan promotional activities and engage with product users to attract more target audiences, increasing the visibility of the independent website.
- Monitor and analyze operational data, conduct competitive product analysis and consumer insights, research and analyze market trends, and use data analysis to control product deployment. Maintain reasonable operational costs while ensuring steady growth in market share and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on operational experience and management in running independent websites.
- Strong insight into brand-oriented operational strategies with extensive practical experience in managing independent websites.
- Ability to independently analyze and solve problems, with strong cross-department communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
- Proven ability to build and manage a team, with a results-driven mindset, strong resilience, high self-motivation, and enthusiasm for work.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and summarization skills, coupled with rigorous logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
