- Assist with the development and maintenance of information security policies and procedures
- Assist with organizational security goals and meeting industry standards such as PCI and SOC-1
- Assist with configuration and operational maintenance of security infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to SEIM alerts from monitoring tools and third-party vendors
- Respond to security-related tickets escalated from various departments and work collaboratively across multiple teams to communicate and manage expectations during the resolution
