Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Technical support professional to join a growing client in the Boca area. This is a contract position with competitive pay, extensions possible, and will work onsite.
The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance for MacBooks, iPhones, and Windows workstations in a Microsoft 365 environment. The role will focus on executive-level (C-level) support and be responsible for device management, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices for both Mac and Windows users in a dynamic workplace.
Experience:
- Associate's degree and 3 years of experience in either desktop or help desk support.
- Experience providing technical support to C-suite executives or high-level leadership.
- Experience troubleshooting both Mac and Windows Workstations
- Experience with device management tools like JAMF, Intune, or similar for iPhones, Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong experience with Windows 10 and Office 365 support.
- Experience supporting and configuring conferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom
- Experience PC imaging. (ManageEngine or others)
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, personalized technical support to C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CTO, etc.) across both Mac and Windows devices.
- Configure, manage and support iPhones and other mobile devices, including email, apps, and security policies.
- Proactively identify solutions to streamline executive workflows and improve technology performance.
- Lead the development and documentation of MacBook standards for the organization.
- Oversee MacBook deployment, including configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Work with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of MacBooks within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring smooth operation across Mac and Windows platforms.
- Assist users with issues related to cloud services, email, and collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Document system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
