About the Role
As a Market Representative, you are the face of Flying Cloud THC in your market. Your mission is to hustle, build real connections, and get our product moving. You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and consumers to ensure that Flying Cloud THC is not just on the shelves but flying off of them.
Key Responsibilities
Retailer Engagement & Education
- Hit the pavement and build relationships—introduce Flying Cloud THC to new accounts and create long-term partnerships.
- Provide samples, education, and energy to store staff, making sure they are excited to sell our products.
- Run in-store tastings that don’t just showcase our drinks but create real experiences for customers.
- Encourage retailers to demand our products from distributors, making Flying Cloud THC a must-have.
Distributor Relationship Management
- Be the bridge between our brand and the distributor—make sure their sales teams are hyped about Flying Cloud THC.
- Attend distributor sales meetings, offering incentives and sharing key insights.
- Keep track of placements and ensure that retailers are getting the right support to keep the momentum going.
Consumer Engagement & Brand Growth
- Engage, excite, and educate. You’ll be leading on-site tastings, hitting up key events, and making sure consumers know and love Flying Cloud THC.
- Show up where it matters—trade shows, festivals, industry events, and wherever our customers are.
- Leverage social media to hype up store locations, drive foot traffic, and show the world what Flying Cloud THC is all about.
